Description
Provides adult day care and social activities for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other memory impairments. Offers individual and family counseling for those faced with the challenges of Alzheimer's and other memory impairments, as well as caregiver support groups. Also provides hot lunches and snacks, and transportation to and from the program is available.
