Performs sophisticated imaging procedures for diagnosis/treatment. Offers full complement of cardiology, anesthesiology, critical care and wound care services. Sponsors free diabetes support groups/classes. Provides dietary advice, dialysis support, endocrinology services, educational support, and other services as needed. Arranges rehabilitative referrals as appropriate.
