Eligibility
Most services are limited to seniors 60 years of age and older. However, the Elder Advocacy Program serves those 55 years of age and older, and some services are available to disabled and low income individuals who do not meet the age criteria. Please call to inquire if unsure about eligibility.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
8am-3:30pm during summer, Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Application process
Call 716-261-3275 for assistance. The office is currently closed to walk-ins, but appointments can be scheduled. Staff are working remotely but also have in-office hours available.
Fees
No fees for program services. In limited circumstances and depending on whether court action is necessary, court fees may be associated with some court filings.
