Employee Assistance Programs provide education,counseling, and support to employees of contract companies and their immediate family. These services are designed to assess individual and family concerns, emotional needs, addiction issues, financial, and legal concerns and direct employees to appropriate care providers. Often, brief therapy is included as a component of these services.

Capital Counseling is a multi-service human service agency. Through experienced and compassionate individual counseling, supportive group counseling, and mental health education, we help those who are struggling with mental and behavioral health issues to find answers, relief and permanent ways for coping with the challenges in life.
