Must be a resident of area served. Eligibility is based on family size and annual income. For cooling assistance, must qualify for HEAP and have at least one family member with a medical condition made worse by heat.

Heating Equipment Tune-Up: Provides equipment inspections and cleanings before the start of the heating season. Cooling Assistance: Provides cooling assistance service to HEAP-eligible households, including individuals with a documented medical condition exacerbated by heat.
