Offers The Health Care Management Certificate program which emphasizes the identification, analysis, and solutions of complex issues and problems facing the health care professional today. Students learn to evaluate techniques and develop strategic thinking skills so they can lead effectively, improve quality, increase productivity, and manage costs within their health care organizations. Sample course offerings include: Leadership and Managerial Development; Health Care Law and Medical Ethics; Health Care Services and Systems; Health Care Finance and Reimbursement and Health Care Operations Management.
