Application process

Call for an appointment or walk in. Staff will assist clients with documentation needed to receive services.

Fees

Bills all insurances, including Medicaid and Child Health Plus. Also offers payment plans and a sliding fee scale to those who qualify.

Provides newborn care, breastfeeding support, well child visits, school and sports physicals, sick visits, mental health and ADHD treatment, family planning for teens, STI testing, developmental screenings, hearing screenings, vision screenings, and the Reach Out & Read free book program.
