The mission of Lifelong is to enhance the lives of people over 50 in Tompkins County. Services provided:-free Medicare Counseling-free Tax Preparation-lifelong learning classes from astronomy to yoga-exercise classes from Strength Training to Tai Chi-Social groups, including Bridge, Scrabble, Men's Saturday am group, book clubs, etc.Currently offering in-person, hybrid and virtual opportunities in light of the COVID pandemic.Masks must be worn at the present time, regardless of vaccination status.
