Provides youth centered outreach and education regarding HIV/AIDS, STIs, Hepatitis C (HCV), substance use/abuse, and inclusive productive and sexual health. Offers parental resources and education within participating schools. Offers access to safer sex materials as well as delivery of supplies, for individuals who can't access the office.

Provides an array of support services to individuals affect by chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance abuse disorders, and serious mental illness, as well as nagivators to help individuals and businesses make health insurance decisions. Offers a Syringe Exchange, and provides a variety of prevention and sexual health services to individuals ranging from youth through adulthood. Coordinates a network of Q centers and offers safe places for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth, their families and allies and offers support groups and seeks to promote an inclusive community.
