Provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention to individual who have been victims of domestic violence or sexual assault. Others services include advocacy, support groups, along with counseling to significant others, family members, friends of those who have been victims.

Services include 24-hour hotline, counseling, resources, referrals, support groups, crisis intervention, advocacy, community education and prevention programs, legal clinics, forensic rape exams, and a domestic violence shelter.
