Open to children in grades K-12; children do not need to attend Westfield Academy & Central School or Ripley School. Service Area: Chautauqua County.

Hours

Before School Program (at both Westfield and Ripley): Monday-Friday, 7am-8:30am. After School Program at Westfield: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-6pm. After School Program at Ripley: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-6pm.

Application process

Parents can pick up applications at the main YWCA building (58 South Portage Street, Westfield, NY 14787). Additionally, there are packets available at each school. Parents can also call, contact via Facebook Messenger, or email Nicole Gollhardt at [email protected] for more details.

Description

A before and after school program for school-aged children located at Westfield Academy & Central School and Ripley Central School. The before school program provides physical and educational activities and encourages a nutritional breakfast provided by the school. The after school program provides quality youth development opportunities such as educational, recreational, and age-appropriate activities and focuses on goal setting, homework support, team-building opportunities, and physical activity. Also offers student-led activities in team building that promote collaboration and provides projects that are developed with and by students, dealing with issues that are important to them and their community.
