Symptomatic healthcare workers. Symptomatic first responders in public safety occupations (e.g., law enforcement, fire fighter, EMS). Symptomatic patients involved in an illness cluster in a facility or institution (hospitals, nursing homes etc.). Symptomatic pregnant women and other immunocompromised patients.
