Description
Assists individuals with disabilities and their families in the preparation of guardianship petitions. Can act as the primary guardian, standby guardian, or alternate guardian. Guardianship can cover DNR orders, health care proxies, supplemental needs trusts, wills, financial planning, and special needs planning for parents of children with developmental disabilities.
