Provides assistance to adults who are mentally or physically impaired, without regard to income, and who can no longer provide for their own basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, medical care, or protect themselves from neglect, abuse, or hazardous situations, and who have no one to help them. Services include Investigation, Assessment, Counseling, Case Management, Advocacy, Money Management, Housing Referrals, Crisis Intervention, Orders of Protection, and Guardianship.
