Assists people who are facing legal issues due to alcohol or drug abuse by providing them with treatment options and case management services. Individuals are sentenced to this program by a local court as an alternative to incarceration.

WATERTOWN URBAN MISSION

Provides services to individuals and families in need, in and around Jefferson County. Services include Meals on Wheels, a food pantry, drop-in center, several housing assistance programs, critical support for circumstantial hardships, the Bridge Program, as well as the CARE Center. Also operates the Impossible Dream Thrift Store.
