Offers a bereavement camp for children of all ages held on Eastern Long Island. The program is facilitated by certified social workers, therapists and nurse practitioners trained in grief therapy for children.

Provides an individualized plan of care for terminally ill patients and their families through a coordinated interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals and volunteers who offer social, emotional and spiritual support; home-care program with short term in-patient support pain management and symptom control with 24 hr. access to care; education, guidance, support and respite for caregivers and bereavement care. Community bereavement therapy groups also available.
