Description
Provides a one time grant on a first come, first served basis beginning October 1st of each year until funds are exhausted. The maximum grant is $300. Grant can be used to: - Prevent disconnection of service - Pay current or past-due energy bills (excluding electric) - Purchase home heating fuel of any kind Whenever HEAP is open, potential applicants must have applied for energy/fuel assistance through HEAP first.
