Jericho Road provides quality, full-spectrum medical care to all who need it. Both male and female physicians are available. Services at the Barton Street location include: - Routine Individual/Family Care - Maternity/OB/GYN Care - Children's Health - COVID-19 Testing - Specialized Diabetes Care - Medical Imaging (through a partnership with WNY Breast Health and WNY MRI) - Behavioral Health - Pharmacy Services, including Medication Management and Education - Medical Case Management and Care Coordination for complex patients - Assistance with applying for health insurance/health benefits ##REENTRY##
