Reentry

Helps adults (18+) who have been in jail, prison, or detention. They offer different services and support to assist individuals in getting back on their feet. This includes: Case managers who can help with training, finding jobs, housing, transportation, support groups, mentoring, recreational activities, and personal needs products Assistance with civil legal matters, obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards, NY photo IDs, and driver's licenses Collaboration with partner agencies that can also provide services
