Individuals in Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego counties with a life expectancy of 6 months or less.
Hours
Administrative hours: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM. On-call services available 24 Hours.

Covered by most insurances, no one refused for inability to pay.
