Description
Provides services to needy, troubled, and emotionally disturbed youth populations under the age of 21. Community Residence level of care provided for children and youth who are referred through the Office of Mental Health. Juvenile Justice Outreach and case management programs provided for families and youth referred through NCDSS and Niagara County Probation Departments. ##REENTRY##
