Description

Enhanced supervision and sentencing option to encourage better decision making by offenders and improve positive outcomes. Offenders ordered to home-bound detention/restricted movement as a condition of pre-trial release or probation fitted with electronic ankle bracelet with GPS reporting their movements in the community.Failure to follow rules can result in recommendation to court for incarceration/other placement..
