Description

Focuses on building systems of care and reproductive life planning for women during the life stages of preconception, prenatal/postpartum, inter-conception and individual care to those who need it. Services include, but are not limited to, case coordination, life planning/goal setting, individual wellness assessments/referrals and assistance with getting health insurance. Appointment required.

Also offers MLK Scholarship Program, Displaced Homemakers Program, Job Readiness/Job Placement, Summer Youth Programs, Head Start Child Development, Downstate New York Healthy Start Program, College Tours to Historically Black Colleges.
