You must be a resident of Bedford, Buchanan, Cortlandt, Croton-on-Hudson, Lewisboro, Millwood, Mount Kisco, North Salem, Ossining, Peekskill, Pound Ridge, Somers, or Yorktown to participate.
Seniors and homebound individuals are encouraged to participate, but it is not limited to these community members.
