Serves clients who are in need of food/clothing or household items. Clients are allowed to utilize food once a month and clothing twice a month. Monthly food and dairy distributions April-November and mobile pantry to help clients that can't get to their local pantries.

Also provides a holiday meal for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Accepts donations of non-perishable and holiday food.

This federal program provides a monthly box of non-perishables to qualifying seniors.

Boxed/canned food given at food pantries to provide 3 nutritious meals per day for 5 days, and fresh produce when available. FORMULA available at CHOW warehouse by appointment with approved referral by WIC.Food and/or Formula Referral requires client info: names, date of births, address for all in the household. Provides intake for emergency services with proof of address. Operates thrift store. Meeting space available in Caf area for support groups. AA and NA meeting place. Backpack school supplies program for children (K-6th) enrolled in Waverly School District.

Provides a package of canned, dry goods, fresh fruit/vegetables and government surplus food to low income individuals and families within the community. Will also provide emergency food bags, if needed.

Distributes food and food-related products to people in need through a network of more than 130 hunger-relief member agencies including food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and other non-profit organizations. The Food Bank also has a number of direct service programs that fight hunger including the BackPack Program and Mobile Food Pantry. Located in Elmira, NY the Food Bank is a regional agency of Catholic Charities and a member of Feeding America.
