OFFICE FOR AGING, CORTLAND COUNTY., NUTRITION PROGRAM | OFFICE FOR AGING, CORTLAND COUNTY

The Cortland County Nutrition Program promotes health and wellness through nutritious meals, senior exercise, activities and socialization. Each meal provides a minimum of at least one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowance, approximately 600-800 calories. Suggested donation for breakfast and lunch is $3.00, $4 for evening meals. Meals are most often available at mid-day, but evening and breakfast meals, plus outdoor picnics during the summer, have been incorporated into monthly schedules.

OLDER ADULT CONGREGATE DINING | WESTCOTT COMMUNITY CENTER

Provides a continental breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and a nutritious lunch 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday for older adults age 60 and older. Offers free transportation to and from the center.

SENIOR NUTRITION AND DINING IN PROGRAM | JEFFERSON COUNTY OFFICE FOR THE AGING

Provides a nutritious lunch for individuals 60 years and older along with the opportunity for socialization, recreation, and health information at meal sites throughout Jefferson County. Meals meet one third the recommended daily intake and are prepared with reduced salt. Unable to accommodate special diet requests.
