Frozen prepared meals are available for weekends if there is a demonstrated need. Also offers congregate dining five days a week/one meal a day. Transportation is available. Cooks certified by Suffolk County Department of Health. Funded by Southold Town, Suffolk County Office for the Aging and New York State Office For Aging.

Provides seniors with a nutritious meal five days a week at a low cost. Also provides socialization opportunities, participation in group outings, attendance at legislative forums in Albany focusing on issues relating to seniors, recreational activities, and guest speakers addressing issues and concerns of seniors, such as Health Medicaid/Medicare, Food Stamps, HEAP, counseling and low-income housing needs. The program also provides transportation to seniors for their medical and dental appointments, prescription drug pick-up, food shopping and other essentials and to family and nutrition services.

Provides adult day services including personal care services, recreation, entertainment, games, crafts, light exercise, music, interaction with children, breakfast, and lunch. Also offers special program for persons diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders and those with early onset Alzheimer's (under age 60) . Also offers support groups and educational events for caregivers. Transportation is available.

Provides a daily lunch meal, during the week, for seniors at the Van Tassel House (Somers), and delivers the lunch to homebound seniors. NOTE: A new location for a community and senior center in Croton Falls is currently under renovation.

Provides programmed activities and services for participants from the Villages of Oyster Bay, East Norwich, Bayville, Locust Valley, Brookville, Oyster Bay Cove, Mill Neck, Muttontown, Matinecock and the surrounding area who are 60 years and older. Activities and services include comprehensive social services, meals, food pantry if eligible, used clothing shop, transportation, referral of home care workers, fitness and exercise classes, exercise equipment work-outs, computer classes and five times weekly adult day service program for frail elderly. Seniors can become involved in advocacy issues, bible study, bingo, dances, nutrition counseling, trips and tours, volunteer opportunities and receive information about and referral to other services. Senior Center lunch is served Monday through Friday. Adult day service is provided Monday through Friday.
