Provides a three-day supply of non-perishable foods from the food pantry, and offers an on-site evening meal twice a week.
Clinton Avenue UMC provides a free weekday lunch to anyone in need.Thanksgiving meals will be given to those who are homebound, elderly and disabled.Christmas meal with commence on Christmas day 6:00 pm-6:30 pm

Thanksgiving Meals
Meals: open every Tuesday at 5pm. Operates a volunteer-based soup kitchen in Fellowship Hall 1 day a week, Tuesday. Each food preparer has the required Food Handlers Certificate from Suffolk County and the kitchen has a Suffolk County Department of Health Permit. Provides nutritious meals to seniors, families, and individuals on Tuesday and Thursday in a warm environment, serving approximately 160-200 meals per week. Meals are served at 5:00 pm, but the doors are open around 3:00 PM for all guests to come in out of the cold or heat, coffee, tea, hot chocolate or a cool drink is made available. All guests are accepted who have the need to partake of a hot meal. When necessary will provide a special meal due to a food allergy or a special diet (such as vegetarian).
Serves a hot meal once a week, and provides a brown bag lunch once a month to those in the community in need of a meal. Also recruits volunteers to prepare and serve the food.
