Provides a daily meal, shelter, showers and laundry, and case management services to homeless and chronically homeless individuals. Offers communication tools such as mailboxes, telephone, and copier as well as storage lockers. Offers a 10-bed permanent supportive housing program to eligible chronically homeless individuals.

Provides a place for families and individuals who are dealing with mental health related issues and/or addiction. They are provided with supportive services and referrals to community services for housing, employment, addiction, mental health, benefits, health and other services. The Living Room provides a safe haven during the day, with needed facilities for the homeless.

Health Care for Homeless Veterans - Veterans Affairs

Drop-in center for homeless vets. Provides linkage with VA services and assistance with finding housing. Works with homeless and at-risk veterans to help them overcome the barriers that may prevent them from receiving or benefiting from health services. Veterans have access to a shower in the Drop-in Center. Also offers outreach to homeless veterans in shelters, soup kitchens, and on the streets. Outreach workers help establish eligibility for VA medical service and pension, develop appropriate treatment plans, and screen for community placement. Homeless veterans eligible for VA Healthcare may call for availability and screening for VA funded emergency shelter, transitional housing, and HUD section 8 voucher program. Primary care clinic available on Tuesday mornings by appointment. ##Veteran##

Provides showers, meals, clothing, shelter, and assistance with finding employment and housing. Offers HIS Van (Homeless Intervention Services Van) to transport homeless clients to medical, legal, employment, and other important appointments.

Provides Client Employment Center for individuals who use the Day Center and Emergency Shelter and for individuals in the JobsPlus welfare-to-work program who are assigned to the Rescue Mission. Clients may also participate in the Willing to Work program to gain non-paid work experience.
