Rehabilitation Program funds owner-occupied home rehabilitation, home repairs, and lead-based paint abatement for low to moderate-income residents of Essex, Washington, and Warren counties. Our project spending caps vary from $25,000-$75,000 per home. The grant funds may only be used to assist household with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. We encourage families with young children in the home to apply, the elderly, and all low to moderate-income residents of Essex, Warren, and Washington counties. These programs are funded by the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC).
