Tenant base rental assistance providing rent subsidies for an average of 9 months with a maximum of 12 months for 45 rent burdened households. This is for new move-ins only.

Provides assistance to low income individuals and families who need help due to a financial hardship in an emergency situation. Assistance can be rent payment, utility bill payment, medication, automobile insurance payment, home repairs, etc.

Comprehensive social services are provided to individuals and families which include case management, information and referral, advocacy, and crisis intervention to help individuals to prevent the threat of eviction, or utility shutoffs by providing long term case management support.

Family Assistance (FA) provides money for families with children. Cash benefits are limited to five years in a recipient's lifetime. After five years, a Family Assistance recipient may continue to receive benefits if an adult is disabled and cannot work or may be required to apply for assistance through the Safety Net category.

Safety Net Assistance (SNA) provides money for basic living expenses for single adults and childless couples (or families who have used up their five-year limit of FA). Cash benefits are limited to two years in a recipient's lifetime. After two years, the non-cash Safety Net Assistance voucher system provides benefits.

Emergency Temporary Assistance through Emergency Assistance for Families (EAF) or Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) provides assistance for crisis situations including evictions, moving expenses, utility shutoffs, and diversion payments to help individuals avoid the need for ongoing assistance. Individuals do not need to be on public assistance to receive Emergency Temporary Assistance.

Provides supportive services to very low income Veterans and their families who are homeless or are in danger of losing their homes. Services include outreach, case management, and assistance obtaining VA and other benefits. Provides time-limited payments to third parties, such as landlords, utility companies, moving and storage companies, and child care providers, if those payments can help Veteran families stay in or obtain permanent, sustainable housing.

Food pantry once a month unless referred by community agency or school. Offers food, diapers, personal care items (depends on availability). Household items are also available to anyone in need.
