Provides financial assistance to people who possess the skills necessary to live independently but require minimal financial assistance/support to live on their own. The amount of assistance a person receives is based on a formula of their income versus their expenditures.

Provides individuals with developmental disabilities ages 21 and older the opportunity to live in a residential facility that best meets their needs. Settings include supervised Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) or group home providing supervised living in community setting with opportunities for socialization, recreation and leisure. Independent Support Services (ISS) provides financial and support services for individuals living independently or with family or friends.

Assists homeless families from the transition of homelessness to permanent housing, through home search assistance and initial security and rent payment, and support services to help with the demands of self sufficiency.

Provides supervised community residences, supported housing and short term housing for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

Assists participants with rental stipends and supports to maintain independent living.

Provides culturally competent and linguistically appropriate assessment, evaluation, and response to the service needs of multi-ethnic populations suffering from a medical, emotional, or social disorder. Offers substance abuse services, HIV services, day habilitation for persons with developmental disabilities, residential care for persons with mild to moderate developmental disabilities, supported housing for special populations, service coordination, information and referral, and cultural competency training.
