This 13-story high-rise consists of 250 one-bedroom units. Resident services include a transportation program for medical appointments and weekly grocery shopping; a mini-grocery store in the building; an exercise program; and on-site security. Also acts as a host site for the Niagara Nutrition Program, which is open to the public.
