Cornerstone Manor

Provides shelter for homeless women and children as well as relief for individuals in domestic violence situations. Offers security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Stays are generally 30 days with an extension if needed. Arrangements are made for residents to move to transitional living situations in an effort to attain self-sufficiency. Provides transitional housing for women. Services provided to residents include: on-site medical care; classroom for preschool children; certified public school teachers and classroom for school age children; licensed daycare; referrals for case management, food, clothing, and shelter; links with social workers and mental health counselors; and a 12 step recovery program for drug and alcohol abuse. HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm; Shelter operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Youth transitioning out of OCFS court ordered residential placement referred to FCA by OCFS to facilitate a positive transition back to their homes and communities.
