The Capital Region Furniture Bank (CRFB) is a unique local partnership that brings together multiple human service agencies, including HATAS, to work collaboratively on helping our community. Individuals and families are referred to CRFB by community partners and the referred consumer then shops the CRFB warehouse for the basic furnishings they need.
Provides vital services to meet the basic needs of those in Oswego County. These services include assistance with medical cost, prescription drug cost, utility payments, diapers and baby formula, clothing and personal hygiene items, and furniture and household items depending on eligibility and available funding. Offers bus tokens to homeless individuals for transportation to Department of Social Services.

The Clothing Program includes the Clothing Room, where "gently worn" clothing and household goods are recycled. Donations are received from area residents during agency hours. People may choose items for their family members at no charge.FSA works with the Oneonta Clothing Guild as a liaison, to provide new sneakers, new snowpants, and new boots for children in the Oneonta School District.The Back to School Program provides lower-income families with some school supplies such as pens, pencils, notebooks, and other items that children need to bring to school in the fall.
