Homebound Medical Transportation provides transportation to eligible seniors for medical or entitlement appointments. The Department will arrange transportation through a volunteer driver to medical appointments or special entitlement agencies (i.e. Social Security) for persons needing the service. Our dedicated volunteers will transport to appointments throughout Greene County, as well as to neighboring counties.
