Owns, operates and maintains Brookhaven Calabro Airport. Offers flight school courses and full aviation services. Houses the Long Island Soaring Association glider operations, Island Aerial Air(banner towing), and Dowling College NAT (National Aviation and Transportation) Center, a training facility.

LI MacArthur Airport is owned and operated by the Town of Islip. Provides regularly scheduled air service to every major city in the country. Owns and operates Bayport Aerodrome which is used for small, recreational and antique aircraft. A foreign trade zone is on the airport property.
