TRIAD sponsors crime prevention and safety programs for senior citizens, while providing a forum for law enforcement and the community to share the needs and concerns of senior citizens. It strives to develop solutions to reduce criminal victimization, improve the quality of life and enhance the delivery of services and programs for seniors in Sullivan County.

Recruits and trains local citizens who want to volunteer their time to help local police with crowd control and traffic duties at community events, and are also trained in disaster preparedness to help during floods, snow and ice storms, heat wave black outs, fires or major car accidents.
