Provides a program for youth who've engaged in fire-related behavior, or has expressed an elevated interest in fire.

Services include family counseling, individual counseling, self-management education, decision-making, fire-prevention skills, and wraparound casework support for youth and parents/guardians.

* Provides fire control, prevention and rescue, including: Emergency medical services. Fire safety, education and training. Juvenile Fire Intervention Program. Exit Drills in the Home Program.* Offers CPR classes for community members and non-community members.* Offers car seat safety check-ups.

* Provides assessment and education information to children who engage in fire play or fire setting behaviors. All referrals come from local fire departments only.

Provides intervention services for families experiencing problems with juvenile fire setting. Fire service caseworkers provide specialized fire prevention education and activities aimed at eliminating repeat behavior.

Protects the lives and property of the community by providing services in the event of fire, medical emergencies, and disasters or any other event which may threaten the public welfare.

* Offers fire prevention public awareness programs through Monroe County Prevention and Education Services. Fire fighters discuss hazards and safety rules at schools, senior centers, etc.* Provides one-to-one intervention services to children who have been involved in a fire-related incident.

Provides support to families by identifying, assessing, and intervening with children who display fire setting behaviors. Includes fire prevention education and intervention.
