VIBS provides speakers on a variety of topics to colleges, community groups and also provides professional training on a variety of subjects. Topics include trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse. We seek to prevent incidences of these crimes through education and raising awareness.

Sexual Assault and Prevention Services-SAPA (formerly known as Rape Crisis Services or Orange County Rape Crisis) provides 24/7 advocacy services including crisis intervention and accompaniment for adult and child survivors of sexual violence.

Works directly with law enforcement and child protective services to investigate allegations of child abuse. Provides crisis intervention and support services to anyone who is a survivor of sexual assault or domestic violence and to their families. All services are confidential. Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and support, enabling clients to make informed choices concerning medical, legal, and counseling needs, while offering advocacy and information about their rights. Counselors offer short-term counseling (6-8 sessions); medical, legal, and court accompaniment; crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others; support through medical examinations and treatment; advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement; individual consultations with professionals; community education programs; professional training programs; and referrals for additional needed services.
