Public library. Offers 47 public access computers with networked Microsoft Office Applications, printing (10-cents B&W per page, 25-cents color), and Internet Access. Also features an auditorium available for public use. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there. Free tax prep available during tax season; see separate listing and call for information.

Helps families apply for Medicaid/SSI and access service coordination, day programming, recreational services, residential services, vocational services, and respite services. Assists parents in their search for information as they plan for their adult child's future, including trusts, wills, guardianship, and letters of intent.

Provides information to US citizens from Puerto Rico regarding permits, licenses, certificates, etc, including assisting with citizenship applications and more. Also advocates when an individual needs help with benefits.

Facilitates a community center offering a single-point of entry to all ACCORD services and partner agency services including referrals to other programs and services and follow-up care for individuals in need. Assistance completing home heating applications, referrals and budgeting assistance with utilities. Food pantry on-site.

Provides free and confidential prescreening by phone or at various agencies regarding eligibility for SNAP. Assists member programs with providing referrals to SNAP and other government entitlement programs.

Provides information, assistance, and referral for long-term services and supports available in New York. Serves people of all ages and incomes.

Provides limited funding to help pay overdue bills to avoid shut off. Assists with working with Penn Yan Municipal, NYSEG, and other utility providers to secure extensions or payback plans. Funds can also be used towards heating oil and firewood. Also assists with HEAP and SNAP applications for those that might be eligible.

Provides support to senior citizens in the Baldwinsville area and the Town of Elbridge. Services include social/recreation activities, medical information, referrals, and advocacy in areas of concern or interest to seniors.
