Additional services include trauma informed group and individual counseling, linkage to benefits assistance with immigration issues, and assistance with some civil legal issues. Referral is required. Provides counseling, shelter, and legal aid services to victims (women, men, children) who have escaped or been rescued from situations where they have been victims of human trafficking. Case management is provided for all clients, and also offers training and technical assistance to agencies who may be working with trafficking victims.

Provides a number of support services for anyone who is a victim of labor or sex trafficking. Services include confidential emergency shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, court assistance and accompaniment, safety for pets left behind, transportation, translation and referrals to other services or resources that will be needed. Also provides multilingual and culturally focused services for members of the African American, Asian, Haitian, Latino, Jewish/Orthodox, and LGBTQ communities.

Mary Weingarten Domestic Violence Law Project (DVLP) represents survivors applying for lawful immigration status before United States Immigration and Citizenship Services on humanitarian grounds. Represents survivors in immigration court who are defending themselves against deportation and pursuing family unity on constitutional/procedural or humanitarian grounds.

Provides free and confidential legal aid to victims/survivors of human trafficking to discuss legal questions and possible representation.

The Buffalo Non-Detained Program provides representation to non-citizens in removal proceedings and representation before the United States Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) so they may begin safe, independent lives in the Western New York. We also serve as the non-profit attorney representative on the WNY Human Trafficking Task Force along with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, in federal and local prosecutors, and anti-trafficking social services providers. Houses several projects, including a "public defender" style program for men detained at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Batavia and women detained by ICE in Allegany and Niagara County Jails.
