Assists families, friends, and advocates through the legal process of becoming a guardian for an adult with a disability.

KINECT provides individual and family counseling, case management, support and advocacy to kinship navigators who are raising relative children due to unavailability of biological parents. Services are free, confidential, and can take place at home or in the office. Children can be at any stage or formality of placement-informal arrangement, direct placement by DSS, relative foster care, guardianship or adoption

Processes and records all petitions (administration of estates, guardianships, adoptions.)

Provides guardianship support to all individuals and families of a child with developmental disabilities. The goal of Guardianship services is to ensure the security and welfare of people with developmental disabilities, along with achieving the highest degree of intellectual, social, and vocational growth, and to assist them in creating meaningful life experiences that enrich their self-esteem.

Provides the following services, with some transportation provided: advocacy, benefits/entitlements, developmentally disabled parent training, family reimbursement, guardianship, home care, home modification, independent living skills training, information and referral, parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children, residential habilitation, in-home and out-of-home respite care (day, evening, and overnight), service coordination/case management, support groups, and day camps.

Assists HIV/AIDS infected person with public benefits, housing, discrimination, advance directives for medical treatment, wills, guardianships and access to medical care.

Advocate for an enhanced quality of life and independence of persons with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities.

Provides the following Clinical Services for children, adolescents and adults in person or via telehealth: Counseling, Anger Management, Risk Assessments, Guardianship, Autism Testing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Psychiatric Medication Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, Wheelchair Seating/Positioning, Orientation and Mobility Training, and Psychological Evaluations. Provides the following Clinical Services: Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Psychology/Evaluation/Diagnosis.

Provides behavior management, counseling, crisis intervention, family reimbursement, guardianship assistance, benefits and entitlements assistance, home modification, independent living skills, information and referral, parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children (in or out of home), service coordination/case management, support groups, and transitional planning for persons with developmental disabilities of all ages. Developmentally disabled parent training is provided to first time parents with a developmental disability. Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Program available for parents of children with autism.

Provides weekly support services to anyone parenting in any role.

Offers assistance with the legal process of guardianship and also can serve as lifetime guardian.

Assists individuals with disabilities and their families in the preparation of guardianship petitions. Can act as the primary guardian, standby guardian, or alternate guardian. Guardianship can cover DNR orders, health care proxies, supplemental needs trusts, wills, financial planning, and special needs planning for parents of children with developmental disabilities.

A free support, information and educational program for adoptive families and relative caregivers who have custody or guardianship of children. AGAPE is a counseling service which offers education, confidential assessment, support and referral and brief counseling for adoptive and guardianship families and professionals who work with guardianship families.

Provides guidance and assistance with guardianship process for program participants and there families within the community, also aids in legal representation for estate planning, and advocacy for families experiencing difficulty with the guardianship process.
