The Parking Violations Bureau is responsible for the enforcement of the City's parking regulations. The Parking Enforcement Officers are authorized to issue violations and write tickets on illegally parked cars and other code violations.

Holds court for hearings and disposal of cases involving traffic infractions and misdemeanors, landlord-tenant disputes and debt collection, receives fines and sets penalties, and keeps appropriate records.

Collects all monies and fines related to parking violations issued in the City of Utica and conducts hearings to accept pleas and determine the disposition of contested Notices of Violations (tickets). The bureau also manages and stores all records and data pertaining to parking violations.
