A12-month school program that provides intensive clinical and special education services to enhance the functioning of children and their families with the ultimate goal of maintaining children in the community and preserving the family unit. This program serves co-ed youth in need of a supportive, educational environment. The length of stay is determined by the Committees on Special Education (CSE) in consultation with parents. This program offers clinical, educational, and residential service components. While in this program, children attend our on-campus school, licensed by the New York State Education Department. Speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy as well as psychiatric and psychological assessment are provided.
