Provides reference, information and referral, Reader's Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 6 and their caregivers. Programs and services include, but are not limited to topics such as the Parent/Child Workshop, E-Reference, Homework Express, Homework Help, tutoring, tablets available for use in the Children's Room, story times, reading clubs, arts and crafts, computer instruction and performances and films.

Provides a free after school program for children and youth with the Hudson City and Catskill School Districts during the academic school year, including structured activities, and homework help.

Provides programming focused on academic enrichment, such as homework help and tutoring, school engagement, dropout prevention, career exploration, and intensive intervention and case management.

Offers a full range of library services and activities for adults and children, including computer access, story programs for preschoolers, summer reading clubs for children and teens, one-on-one computer and technology classes, and homework help and tutoring programs.

Provides a safe space for for LGBTQ youth to gather and receive support from caring adults through case management services, HIV, STD and Hepatitis C testing, mental health assessments, referrals for LGBTQ affirming clinical services, and referrals to LGBTQ affirming health and human service providers. Provides after-school tutoring for youth. Offers a summer field trips for youth ages 6 to 14 years old. Coordinates neighborhood advisory board which is open to middle and high school teens.

Provides a year-round program for teens ages 13 to 19 years residing on the Westside of Syracuse focused on accepting and respecting individual differences, developing a positive identity, empowering teens, and treating them as valued members of the community. Activities include help with homework, field trips, study time, and a summer program.

Provides an after school program for low income elementary children which offers academic and homework assistance and a variety of enrichment activities.

ISACC is a not-for-profit organization registered in the State of New York by the NY State Office of Children & Family Services. Its mission is to provide group child care services to Islip School District children attending kindergarten through fifth grade in a before- and after-school program. ISACC is registered under the regulations of all applicable State and local child care agencies

Offers tutoring programs at a number of locations. On-Track Tutoring: Available for small group (1:5 ratio) or one-to-one tutoring to any student or any grade in Chautauqua County. SAFARI Program: Available to students at Jamestown High School at no cost to families. Students can schedule small group and one-to-one tutoring sessions during their school day. 21st Century/After School Program: Tutors in this program provide in-person academic interventions to students in the Jamestown district, grades K-8 at Love, Ring, Bush, Lincoln, and Fletcher Elementary Schools and Washington and Jefferson Middle Schools. Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP): Run through Jamestown Community College, this program prepares high school students to succeed in post-secondary education or training. The program helps the class of 2028 Jamestown and Dunkirk students into their first year of college. Services include free tutoring services during and after school, assistance explore personalized college and career possibilities and applying for financial aid. SAT and Regents Prep available depending on enrollment needs. Striders tutors are also available at the Boys & Girls Club after school program, Monday-Thursday.

Offers youth development opportunities, prevocational career exploration, recreational and creative arts acitivities, academic assistance, and life skills activities in a therapeutic after-school setting to youth ages 12 to 19 years who are experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavior challenges. Participants are offered transportation to and from the program.
