**During the COVID pandemic, the EOC switchboard is staffer part time from 7:30am - 1pm Mon-Fri with no voicemail option. If you are unable to reach a staff member, please call back during the hours indicated. **
Offers a comprehensive year round program including participation in local youth councils and a County-wide youth council. Summer programs include youth employment, leisure time and recreational/cultural activities. Also offers a Martial Arts Program, career explorations, Martin Luther King Scholarship which is given annually to deserving students, and the Kearse Soccer Clinic. Year round individual and family counseling offered. Tutorial and homework assistance is also available as well as workshops on substance prevention, underage drinking, teenage pregnancy, and HIV/AIDS.
