A report or request can be sent anonymously through the 311 applications, made via online requests or by calling the office. Pre- and post-exposure vaccine available along with follow-up and guidance. Provides clinics for vaccination against rabies for dogs, cats, and ferrets held quarterly. Also provides information and education on rabies prevention.

Provides a workshop that teaches families car seat safety basics, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they need to properly install, check, and maintain a seat. Families learn the different developmental stages of babies and children, and how each stage is most safe in a car seat. Families in need of a new seat will also receive one upon completion of the program. Car seats are standard and do not have any specialized equipment that may be needed for children with different disabilities.

It strives to develop solutions to reduce criminal victimization, improve the quality of life and enhance the delivery of services and programs for seniors in Sullivan County.

An outreach program to help improve and maintain personal health and environmental living conditions. The goal of the program is to promote healthy neighborhoods by keeping residents aware of the variety of medical, social and environmental services available to them locally. Outreach staff visit residents, at the residents request, an inspection of their home is also performed to be sure that no environmental health hazards or problems exist. If environmental health hazards or problems do exist, our staff will direct them to the agency best able to help.
