Features bike education and rides for youth aged 11-14. The program includes 6 sessions on Saturdays from 9am to Noon, in May and June. Each session will feature on- and off- the bike instruction and a bike ride. The participants will receive a water bottle, patch kit, safety light, T-shirt and bike multi-tool. The County Emergency Management Office coordinates all planning, preparedness, response and recovery efforts in the case of an emergency or disaster. They also administer various federal and state grants in the areas of emergency response.
