Center provides instruction in the Creighton Model Fertility Care System (CrMS) of Natural Family Planning. Provides instruction that teaches a woman to observe her bodily changes and chart them throughout her cycle. Services include pre-health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing, complete lab services, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, full dental care, personalized education about chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefit Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies. ##REENTRY##

Eligibility for services is determined by the Developmental Disabilities Regional Field Offices (DDRFOs).
