Offers behavioral health services to primary care patients, including counseling, psychiatric assessments, and medication, as well as medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, including opioid treatment programs. Provides insurance enrollment assistance.

Services are offered at all six senior centers operated by the Rensselaer County Department for the Aging.

Provides a safe space for for LGBTQ youth to gather and receive support from caring adults through case management services, HIV, STD and Hepatitis C testing, mental health assessments, referrals for LGBTQ affirming clinical services, and referrals to LGBTQ affirming health and human service providers. Offers after school programming and support groups for youth, parents and families.

The Warren County STD-HIV Clinic is a walk-in clinic offering testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. The HIV clinic offers the rapid test for HIV and has a plan in place if the test is positive. A urine specimen is used to test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. A sample of blood is used to test for syphilis. A visual diagnosis is used for genital warts. Simple warts are treated with cryotherapy (freezing.) Herpes is diagnosed by symptons, history and visual exam. The HIV rapid test can be either anonymous or conficential. A procedure is in place to obtain medical care if a test is positive.
